Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or an authorized person.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Details about the infringing material and how to locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement confirming unauthorized use of the material.
  6. A declaration of the accuracy of the information provided.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresentation in a notification of infringement. Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email for efficient processing.

It is important to note that we may disclose the identity of the complainant to the alleged infringer as part of the process.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If material is taken down due to a copyright claim, a counter notification can be sent to our DMCA Agent to restore the material. The counter notification must include your signature and other specified details.

Our Repeat Infringer Policy ensures that we take strict action against those who repeatedly infringe copyright laws.
